This is a digital painting, painted from scratch in Photoshop CS5, similar to the methods used by Bert Monroy. I used the pen tool to create paths, as Monroy does, and many layers. Based on a photograph I took years ago at a "car cruise" in Pittsburgh. It's an early model (1950's) Chevrolet pickup.
