This is my first try with fur, not quite sure where or how to start. I tried different techniques figuring out what works best, learning as I go. What seems to be a daunting task proves to be rather enjoyable. It feels like learning to draw all over again. Yo Man! Is a call to my long time buddy, Jipri, to pick up a pencil and draw like the way we used to, this is my birthday gift for him.

I only started drawing colored pencils a few months ago. I have a few lessons before in oil and watercolor but I haven't drawn anything again for more than a decade. It seems like I'm starting all over again. I joined wetcanvas.com and found lot's of tutorials on colored pencils. My work is really an amateur compared to those I've seen there

Hehe it looks like Sumatran tiger, they are smaller than Amur tigers and have much more black and this long fur around the neck.
