MC Messinian version 8 WIP

This image is all hacked up from seriously back in the days of myspace. I did use a picture for a face reference...and the left arm but it has been very changed. The only part of the image I have not touched is the shoe, as he is, if I remember correctly, a Zoo York promoter. I have about 12 hours in this piece...and still consider it unfinished. This is the eighth version. I left the shoe alone purposefully :P All this was done with MC Messinian's blessing and knowledge. Hence no references that I remember or to speak of?! I've got a Work in Progress series going from concept to this point that I will upload next. a very long, tall image heh. The Zoom is quite large. This was one of my first digital painting pieces, and the one I have the most time in at this point--as my profession is not illustration but Design;)
At the time I had no idea how to use any brushes beyond the basic Photoshop ones of the day....and relied only upon Opacity changes and softness/hardness and size.
