Laughing - it would be for me as well, though I have never seen that much ice - except when I flew across Canada to Vancouver. We flew over an island somewhere that seemed to be all ice & rock. I woke out of a sleep so don't know where we were. It was amazing though.

aww.... you were in Vancouver.... its a fantastic City..... i was there once too..... i think it is very comfortable to live over there.....
Feb 14th Replyyes, here in Switzerland we have ice.... not as much as when i was a child, because of the global warming.... but still.... there are quite a few glaciers in our mountains.... huge ones....

It must e amazing to see so much ice! And heartbreaking to see it disappearing. Here, we just lose rain and winter - though I hate the hot temps andthe loss of so much, it is not so visible a loss as you would be experiencing.

Jan 13th Replystill a lot in the mountains, but no more dangerous things...... and generally i prefer the coasts.... especially rocky coasts ..... just thought about walking around the cornish coastline.... there is a path all along the sea...... we did some parts.... around Lizard peninsula..... and Lands End peninsula .. Botallak..... great scenery......
