These rocks (Lewisian Gneiss) belong to the oldest rocks in Europe and some of the oldest in the world, having been formed in the Precambrian "super-eon", up to 3 billion years ago.

if it were mine..... i would give it to you.... i don't feel comfortable in boats.... but yes... the thought of seeing freely this wonderful landscape... all this tiny islands by a boat... that is truly a good thought !

awww..... you are a lucky man !!!! i so so much would like to be in Scotland for more than just some holiday weeks... to 'feel' its magic sound.... you know.... a year..... the only crux is.... i do not drive a car.....
