    ooo oct 24th eh? exciting =)

    about this cover, personally i prefer the cover for neozoic 1. reason: mood. there is more a sense of something happening or about to happen do to the dramatic shading and mood of the first cover, but in this cover, i don't know what to think. is the girl and the dinosaur friends, and the woman a stalker out to kill the girl? is the dinosaur about to attack the girl and the woman about to save her? are they just posing for the camera? i don't know what to think, and the colors aren't leading my eyes and mind to think one way or another. the dinosaur the woman is on is textured very well, though. i like how it resembles a rock.

      Yeah, issue one will always hold a special place in my heart because of just that. You damn right I'm excited, and nervous, and all mexican jumping beans-like!

      Finished the issue 3 cover not too long ago so it'll appear in next month's Preview magazine. It's not as foreboding or atmospheric as issue one, but it's got its own kinda tension, like a nice cliffhanger last panel of sorts. I can't show it until Red5 puts it up first though, that won't be for a while.

      http://www.red5comics.com/ - on the main site it links to a couple places you can order online, and you can always call ahead to a comic store to see if they have a copy in stock.

      Hopefully I'll be able to go to some cons this summer, and maybe be able to bump into you and all that fun stuff.

      If worse comes to worse comes to worse, I'll send in an autographed copy of the tradepaper back issue once all 4 books are done and printed XD.
