I'm 27 years old and of Laotian nationality. More about me: I fell in love with art since I was a child. Art has always been my strong subject at school. Sailor moon was my first inspiration to draw manga style. I have not posted my old works yet -- perhaps another day. Secondly, Final Fantasy (VII-VIII-X-XII-XIII) was my inspiration for digital art and fantasy characters. Recently, I have been in love with photography. I have a thirst for improvement. Kalliope Amorphous is an artist whose primary body of work has evolved into an exploration of the conceptual self-portrait photograph as a catalyst for exploring ideas of identity, gender, archetype and myth. Her work ranges from interpretations of pre-existing iconography to compositions meant purely to provoke and challenge perceptions and first impressions. Kalliope on her work: “I am not a photographer or a narcissist. I am an artist with a camera. I want to push the boundaries of what I define as “self” and “other” by playing with ideas of identity, emotion and the various visual interpretations and possibilities that exist within them.” Self-taught in photography, Kalliope takes an intuitive approach to composition and lighting and works without the aid of professional lighting or studio equipment. Makeup, costuming, photography, and post processing are all self-created. Kalliope is a recipient of the 2010 Julia Margaret Cameron award for self-portraiture photography. She has exhibited and published her work throughout the United States and internationally.

I was born in Romania in 1982. I grew up painting and drawing, and then I betrayed images for words when I went to university to study Journalism. I am grateful to that time, as I came to discover photography and digital art. I am self-taught and keep on learning. I live and work in Hollywood, Florida. I am currently a freelancer. I was once told that one of my images (The Suicide) is like a Tarot card: "you are given the tools to fill in your own feelings, your own mind and thoughts. Its not to obvious, yet not too hard to envision" (Elisabeth Gustafson). I aim for this with every image I create. My artwork is as well about you as it is about me.

I first discovered digital art back in 2005, but i didn't give it much attention till the beginning of 2006. Now it has become something i need to do in order to express my thoughts, my feelings, myself. I use Adobe Photoshop for my works. Sometimes i make sketches in pencil, scan them and continue working in the editing program. That makes it more original, and easier for me when it comes to expressing my ideas. My images usually say a lot about me.. so just open your eyes.

Currently residing in Porto, Portugal, Oscar is a 21 year old digital artist and graphic designer, who early started to get related to traditional forms of art and expression by influence of his grandfather, a traditional sculpturer. His further attachment to graffiti and street art open new horizons and helped him conceive new concepts and representations. Later, the fascination of posters and graphic design seen on the streets lead him to experiment modern ways of expression, such as digital art and design, and around March 2003, he was creating and experimenting abstract 3d art and conceptual digital art. Today, he is a member of the mega art collective, DepthCORE, for who great part of his digital art is produced for. Oscar is attending ESAD in Porto, studying graphic design and is also working freelance. Oscar gets inspiration by everything he sees on the streets. The urban influence is very present in his work. �Do you want to know a secret? I saw him� He walked alone, wandering in lonely worlds, travelling around eternal landscapes which blurred under his feet. He wanted to know the aroma of the unreal, and in his trip full of dreams, he collected the fantasy trapped in the stars, the sighs that the wind kept giving him every morning and night, he received the visit of the creatures who live in dreams, and from them he learnt the essence of the delicate touch of passion.
