I just saw a family cross my driveway the other morning. They ran into my neighbors yard and ducked under the fence. We also get Road runners, and one time a Blue Heron landed in my back yard by our swimming pool. That was a Big surprise. We also have Mallard ducks that land in our pool and visit every spring. That surprises our dogs!

Wow, those must be a lot of fun to photograph when they come by. You are lucky to have such beautiful birds land on your property. So far we have seen Quail, ducks and on Pheasant. I never have a camera ready when it happens. :/
