Welcome to Tutorial News, where I give a bit of education to the Shadowness Members with some helpful links. We have a great collection of /tutorials for everyone to learn from, and in this weekly article we will be showcasing some of the best tutorials that are added to the site daily!

Together with these great tutorials I'll also be showing you members how you can use a little css and html to improve your portfolios, from adding videos and music, to changing the background and colours. We'll even get down to the outline of people's avatars!
For this instalment we have these fantastic Tutorials to help you create!

Tips from Tricks!
One thing we strive for on Shadowness is quality, be that in the art thats uploaded onto the site everyday to the comments on the art itself.
A comment can go a long way in supporting the artist and members of Shadowness, for starters for every comment you make on any work will give you exp thus giving you lvls and extra goodies on the site, for more info on that check out /subscribe
While it might be nice to express ourselves on pieces of work I'd like to point out a few things that could be helpful in giving the artists who've spent a lot of time making the artwork feel good and also receive some attention where it might not have in the past.
Comments like "Cool" and "Awesome" might for some artists be all they are looking for, but for others who have pieces that are a "work in progress" How do you think we can help with this work?
Have a think about the next piece of art you look at and ask yourself, "How would I do this differently?" or "I wonder what it would be with a different colour?" then try to comment based on these questions.
Artists often become stuck when working on a piece for a long time so the extra encouragement you can give them goes a long way!
For more info on this and to help your fellow artists out check out the /Critique group, this group is here to help us all improve our comments and critiques on the art of the site.
Enjoy this collection and look out for more soon
