This is my squirrels I had years ago Cricket and Peanut. I had tree trimming friends that brought them both to me to care for. Peanut was a pinky, no fur and no bigger than a tablespoon. I named her Peanut because her head was shaped like one. She was frisky and independent. Cricket (Named for the sound she made) came to me a little older but still had been in the nest. All of the others including the momma had been killed when the tree fell on them. They found her under the tree and barely alive. She had blood coming from her nose and mouth and wasn't waking up. I didn't think she would live. I put her in the space in front of my bra so she would be warm and hear my heartbeat. Silly I know but I didn't want her to die cold and alone. But she turned out to be a fighter and my favorite of the two. She was curious and lovable. She used to lay her head on my leg and fall asleep, and hide popcorn (Her favorite treat) in my hair.

you're welcome , I'm not surprised :) .. they're gorgeous little critters and quite funny. when I lived in the US we had them often. and the last house we lived in , we had a wild one we rather made a pet of , he'd run up your leg and onto your shoulder , chitter for some trail mix ^_^ he was cute , and we called him white ears because though he looked identical to these two , he had a white spot behind each ear ♥
