Old wooden groyne stretching out into the river Humber at Spurn Point, East Yorkshire, England.
On this visit there was quite a sea fret rolling in and all that could be heard was the sound of ships engines, muted by the fog and the north sea waves crashing on the shore a few hundred feet behind me on this narrow, fragile spit of land.
It was quite eerie and surreal.

It looks quite surreal with the flow of the water in the foreground.

It's quite a surreal location especially when there is fog out on the river as in this shot.

Fog is something I totally love! It can add so much atmosphere to a shot.

It is eerie and surreal just by this image. I like the little wisps of fog rolling onto the beach as well.
