Cold Iron

Another Place, an art installation at Crosby, Merseyside, England.
One of one hundred statues of and by Antony Gormely of Angel of the North fame.
Looks kind of cold standing there in the sand though one of the local wags saw fit to paint swimming trunks and arm bands on this one.
It's a strange sight seeing these figures emerge from the waves as the tide goes out.
