Extremely appealing. Love the bright colors on the black background, they stand out in a great way, and the leaves put a touch of life on the image... It would make a fantastic picture on a wall in a painter's studio!

Thank you Michael. I love the autumn colours and my partner Jackie had collected the leaves as reference for a painting she is working on so while she was doing that I did this.

Thank you Jurgen. This is really an experiment with lighting. This particular one was shot with a single flash gun held almost directly above the subject with a white plastic carrier bag over the flash as a diffuser. It worked rather well I think.
