Wow! very nice work and composition! penguins FTW!
And I agree with hellOnAStick concerning the lighting on the penguin!

The penguin monoliths are awesome. I might suggest just a bit less light on the front of the penguin, to help it blend a bit more naturally into the scene's lighting...but this is pretty damn epic. :)
