This is probably my favourite out of your current Shadowness portfolio; and thank you for sharing a larger view!
I've always loved that queenly style of dress - the pleats and knots, all very lovely - especially how they trail off to form petals and essence of the night. A delightful concept.
..what a fabulous painting, dear Samy,I haven't seen this one before. One of Your latest?
You know that I am a big fan of Your art.Everytime I see a new one,I am simply amazed. This one extremly beautiful as well.Gorgous, how You painted the 2 black panthers, they are so realistic. You gave them a fascinating expression, tender and protecting, though.Habibi is totally in osmosis with them;her dress is superb, all the fine details here,as well. Her face serene, and kind of expressing some wisdome.I alos like the the purple orchids beside her(purple orchids are my favorite flowers, and of cours, this flower is very symbolic)Lovely alos the moon-eclipse behind in the night-sky.To resume,I adore everything in this painting, rendering a great atmosphere!:love
PS:congratulations on the daily inspiration feature. You deserve it so much,my dear friend.:heart

This is absolute favourite painting from you. I love the black tones in this. The coolness of the cloth and the black panthers. Sublime.
