Super easy recipe:
Take a large eggplant and roast it in the oven until the skin shrives and the eggplant is tender. Let the eggplant cool and then peel off the skin. Pop it into a food processor with tahini sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil and puree.
