I'm inspiring to create my own vectors and design. Even though I'm not a good and professional artist. I'll try to show my creative work and my ability in the field of art. Lowbrow is a widespread populist art movement with origins in the underground comix world, punk music, hot-rod street culture, and other subcultures. Lowbrow art often has a sense of humor - sometimes the humor is gleeful, sometimes impish, and sometimes it is a sarcastic comment. The single most common tactic that Lowbrow artists employ is to poke fun at convention. They know the "rules" of art, and consciously choose not to abide by them. If the test of time for legitimacy (as an artistic movement) means that Lowbrow speaks/spoke, in visual terms, to the millions of us who share a common cultural, symbolic language - albeit a "lower" or "middle" class, media-driven language - then, yes, Lowbrow is here to stay. Anthropologists will probably study Lowbrow in the future, to attempt to figure out late 20th and early 21st century U.S. societal influences.

Born in the United States, I've been making art since I was pretty young, though some of the stuff I made at 4 wasn't the best. Got into comic books at around 12 or so. In my late 20s I became interested in landscape painting to try and put a little extra money in my pocket. Over the past year I've been focused on digital media, trying to figure it out and come up with some fantasy art at the same time. I'm really thinking about going to school for this, as my "dream" in life if to do something like concept art or fantasy illustration.

Welcome to my Shadowness profile! First thing you should know is I will fav and run! I don't always have a comment -- but by fav'ing your work, I'm clearly stating that I love it. :D Secondly, Yes I did consider putting a bunch of gobbledygook here about who I am, what my inspirations are, my mediums, my shows and my awards -- Wouldn't it just be easier and less irritating to visit my website instead? I've got a lot more work there, plenty of information about me and mine, as well as information about how you can own some. :)

Self-taught and do-it-yourselfer. I mean nonprofessional; worked all on my own and haven't took any professional studies. I am more experienced digitally and I do suck big time at doing traditionals. 'm considerate enough about criticisms, so.. yeah
