Oct 6th, 2011My name is Rick Corbett. I am a graphite and colored pencil portrait artist. I am a self-taught artist. I am also a member of the Woburn Guild of Artists. I am inspired not only by other artists but from life itself. I am inspired by people, textures, smells, sounds, all my senses seem to come alive when I draw. My drawings take me on an artistic journey of self discovery. I feel my soul awaken when I draw. GOD has given me a gift and it's a gift I hope to use to bring people closer together. It's a gift I hope to use to capture the beauty that's in this World. I don't want my drawings to simply be pictures drawn on pieces of paper - I want my drawings to be a celebration of life. My portraits are like my children. I created them and I'm proud of them. I hope to change the way people "see" each other. Everyone is special in their own special way. People trul inspire me. I love to learn about people, I love to learn backgrounds, traditions, and cultures. I think this is why I became a portrait artist, it just seemed natural to me. I believe that every person is beautiful and I hope to bring out that beauty in each portrait I draw. I hope to bring out the person's soul. I thank GOD everyday for the gift HE has given me. It's a gift that I hope to use to bring people closer together. It's one I hope to bring everyone's inner beauty out. It's one that I hope to make us all learn something about ourselves. It's a gift I hope that will bring a smile to someone's face or bring joy in someone's life.

Mar 12th, 2012Hi! I'm Eldiardo de la Pena, a freelance graphic artist from the Philippines. I love to design and create stuffs that my intuitive faculty perceives. I’m a fan of simple and simplicity. When I tackle a topic, I don’t think I’m done until I’ve found the simplest way to look at it. I think of simplicity as a process. You can’t always start there, but you can find it or create more of it as you go. I also think of simplicity as a by-product. It happens when I find the elegant path or the simple truth. Sometimes I see simplicity as a means to an end — where the end is a simpler understanding or a simpler result or a simpler way to share. Sometimes I have to look backward to find simplicity — I can’t always find simple up front, but sometimes when I look back, it was there all along, either hidden among the chaos, or I just didn’t have the right lens. http://www.facebook.com/eldiardo http://www.facebook.com/AvantJardo http://www.twitter.com/eldiardo http://www.avantjardo.tumblr.com http://be.net/jardo http://www.arachdraid.blogspot.com http://www.jardo.weebly.com

Apr 15th, 2011Chanito is a graphic designer based in Panama city, Panama, He has been creating digital art for a diverse of clients in different companies. He has learned that it’s not how much you know about the softwares that counts, it’s what you do with that knowledge. As he tells people, “A designer learns more when they share their knowledge, because other people can improve and generate new ideas.”

Apr 6th, 2011I am a self taught photographer. I breath in and exhale Street photography. Still, I have this urge to express myself through photography, so I am very eclectic. I separate my work into three major areas: documenting human nature, documenting my life and Nature with or without human's influences. Different processes which I can bring to life in a healthy coexistence: one doesn't override the other, no matter how some may imply. My street photography is as is. My other work is as is. I only need to validate my work to myself, I imitate no one, so I keep my identity which makes me comfortable enough to make photography my catharsis. The eternity of a photograph obliterates the ephemeral condition of our presence in the world. I photograph to cheat our dying destiny. Hope you can enjoy it. Thank you for your visit.:) Street site: http://streetphotographypt.wordpress.com/ Another portfolio: http://damien-c.500px.com/#/0
