Manhattan Bridge

The Manhattan Bridge crosses over the East River and connects Lower Manhattan, which is what you can see there, to Brooklyn. It was the last of the three main suspension bridges built on this section of the river and although it is often pale in comparison to the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan Bridge, to me, is rather lovely. Maybe it's because I'm partial to blue. :D Who knows!!

You can see one of the many tour buses that cover the entire city day in and day out going towards Brooklyn on the top right hand side, west bound. Being a New Yorker myself I've never actually been on one. :) 2011-2012.
