Bumble Bee Camouflage

by Rheazblaze in Wild Animals

This bumble bee was determined to cover himself in pollen so that he might blend in with the center of the sunflower. He probably wanted to hide so that his photograph wasn't taken! This is one of the few creatures that could sting me that I will get close enough to to get a macro shot of. Anything else gets a wide berth. 2009-2011.
