Very interesting photomanipulation.
First of all the photo looks very good, i like the cropping you did on it leaving just half of the face.
The way you work you greyscale and colors is also very well done, you choose a good ton from the colors.
The textures are great and I specially like how they flow along with her hair and face.
The effect you did surrounding the eye is also very good and makes the eye that it's already vivid blue to have a great focus.
i think this would make a great book cover.
