That's a remake of "Blue" from 2007.
This will be the cover of the DVD workshop "The Dark Side of Photoshop" by Galileo Press. It will be slightly different though.
We had problems contacting the original model that I used for the original picture in 2007, so I made some experiments myself in front of the camera. :D
