I love the photo. Perfect contrast and model capture. I have to agree with dehk that the manip on the shadows seem somewhat unnatural. Also, the blur you used to soften the shades. I personally like seeing a natural flow of the noises and natural skin pores.

  I think the smoothness that the skin now has, makes it quite minimalist in those areas, almost like block color, making you focus even more on the eyes.

First of all, stunning work. Only critique I have for this piece is the shadows, try using a light shade than that black, hints of details instead of just next to jet black will be great. After all, still love it.
