A good effort for realism, it may lack some shadowing on the vegetation near gate-wall. Always hard to approach realistic renderings i'm sure, what i feel is that it may look too perfect? i could be the shadows or maybe that the house could need a bit of a more rough appearance in it's surface, as if it had been beaten just slightly bit more by the nature's elements :) (dirt patches etc) but I do like the scene you've made!
