According to the Vietnamese myths, Lac Long Quan (Dragon Lord of Lạc) was the father, the first King of Lac Viet. In the age of chaos, he is the one who killed monsters and helped Viet people to cleared waste land for cultivation. Lac Long Quan with his fairy wife Au Co gave birth to 100 egg-born babies, the original Vietnamese.
