I'm just a hobbyist. Art has always been a spare time thing for me, and I have little formal training beyond high school art classes and a lot of spare time drawing. I've had arthritis since I was 26, so I haven't drawn in quite a few years, so lately 3D has become a creative outlet for me.

I've yet to start messing with R3 in Poser. I did fiddle with Luxus in Daz (same idea, a bridge to Lux Render) and like what Lux does. I'm curious as to how R3 for poser handles specularity, I know in Daz-Luxus you need to turn it way down or it washes out the texture.
