From what I've read in my research it seems that this bug is present in your country, then after that you can tell the season and where to find it I don't know.

i just know that i can buy it in the shop with animals :) my cousin had this bug but its long time back now. but i know for sure that if it jumped on me i would scream like crazy XD

Oh yes it's really impressive at first but when observed it's really elegant, soft and delicate. She moves with such ease in the grass it becomes hypnotic.
