Not sure how you achieve this but it's interesting. The background is nice but distracting. I'm not super sure about the mood -- it's a bit dull. You need more emotion in the punching and receiving of the blow.
Agreed. I need to work on the guy that gets punched.. The lighting was done with two Speedlite's on 3m stands with shoot-through umbrella's. The editing was done in Aperture and PS and taken through Topaz Adjust to add contrast and details.

It's a plug in for PS, and also works on Aperture through Topas Fusion Express. Awesome plug in =D
