One more little thing, because it's bugging me. Try getting rid of the gradient underneath the 'D', so that his name is entirely white.

  Oh yea... the colors get a bit skewed in uploading... makes the sand a lil whiter than it actually is... in fact, the letters are just holes in the blue line so no letters are white, they're just seethru to ocean/sand.... the D bothered me a bit too but i kind of liked the effect anyway so i left it

It looks like you're good with design and placement, as far as the background is and where Dave is, but Dave himself looks kind of off in a few places. The outlines are very blurred off to the right, and at his swimming shorts and sandals, there's no outline at all.His skin tone also changes. His head and toes are lighter than the entire rest of his body. (I could see how that could be actually possible, with tan lines, but those are some really oddly placed tan lines if that's the case) The rainbow chair is rockin', but it's also pretty loud and distracting to the viewer. But don't give up! Knowing where and what your mistakes are is the first step to growing from them. ;D

  Thanks for the advice! The outline on the right got blurred in my program i've yet to figure out why... but im sure i will eventually and its easily correctable manually if i felt like it. There are also only black outlines around the OUTSIDE of dave, that's why there on none between shorts/sandals and skin.... its just my style right now lol maybe i'll change it someday but i think i like it for now....
  and i see what you mean with his face being lighter... i mean in real life me and my fam put like 1billion SPF on our faces and wear visors sometimes (a lot less on our bodies) but i can see how it might look odd. Toes are whiter tho because he wears normal shoes a lot^^
  I think those are the only things with some semblance of an explanation...thanks again! ~XAlleiraX
