Portrait Artist

I have always been interested in art, even as a child my second grade teacher would call me her 'little artist'. Since I started High School, I have received a large compilation of premiums from fairs and art shows. My favorite medium to work with is pencil and colored pencil, but I also enjoy painting with pastels and acrylic.

Now that I'm in college I decided to make art my minor in conjunction with my nursing major. Even though it appears I have put art on the back burner, I am still incredibly passionate about it and plan on coming back to college for a BFA.
