The Chase

We chased light throughout our long day in the New River Gorge back in September. It alternated between sunny and cloudy all day, giving us some great but challenging shooting conditions!

During our time at Wolf Creek, we witnessed several cool things: early autumn foliage, butterflies aplenty, and two adventurous mountain men literally running, chasing each other up the creek.

Having shot here several times before, I tried to do something different this time and stay out of Addam's shots. ;)

wonderful perspective.....it leads me far into this magic landscape.... i love the repeated brown-red colours in the background..... and in the very foreground ...... its awesome LeeAnne.... absolutely awesome

this was one of my favorite places during my visit..just an amazing atmosphere..when we arrived anyway place just had an archaic feeling to it and you captured that essence gracefully here :] very beautiful capture, LA..favorite part is the lil fronds growing out of that huge rock

  was definitely a magical place compared to the rest of the area! and yep..some good secrets up above but didnt want you to worry too much ;) would have to ford the stream at least once though in case you get adventurous..tis not easy going back there!
