it looks pretty good, but there are a few things about this piece which bug me. for one, i can't tell what the background looks like-- is it flat, or curved? does it have a floor? is it all floor? when does it become wall? also, the tattoos on her arm make her look a bit flat. also, the blossoms don't protrude enough from the rest of the setting to be able to make those shadows on her.
I'm trying to combine 2-d and 3-d planes into this pic. The background is supposed to be screen-printing-like, so it's pretty much 2-d, and the girl is 3d. thanks a lot for the comment and crits!
