I thought the film was quite interesting. Although it felt journalistically inadequate, it was artistically and emotionally compelling, and I appreciate the intent. As war, politics, life and death are all complex, it is through this kind of media that we are reminded and driven to care, do more research defining what the real problem is, and exert efforts to solve the problem. Although I have supported charities before, I’m still on the fence if all the money really is spent towards the good cause and not in the pockets of a selfish mastermind.This is as brief as my musing gets as I am certainly not an expert in both local and international current political situations; but I believe in doing something for a good cause even with the smallest of gestures. I encourage you to watch it and reflect.
