I haven't used myself as a model before but there's first time for everything.
I actually made this to be my new profile pic but deciced to publish it anyway.
I took a pic with selftimer under a ceiling lamp. Then, with Photoshop, I removed the background and the lamp itself, used brushes to add the arcane circles and then enhanced the highlights with Dodge tool to match the light above. This was done in about 30 layers with all the enhancement filters included.
Any feedback is highly appreciated!

This is very nice but may I suggest something. Is there no other way of displaying them, like you have presented Recently Featured in your mainpage, ie. in a 6x6 matrix. I personally find scrolling down a looong page a bit uncomfortable.

Well to do something like this I would need a photo of you standing underneath a lamp like I did so that I can get the lightning right but it doesn't have to be from above. It can be from the side or in front of your or wherever you want. It depends how you would like to have it...:)
