One of the Olsen Twins

by Issa in Issa's Art

Finally, I finished the drawing!
Used pencils, 4B and 5B, and it took, I think, 5 hours to finish it.

I really don't know which of the Olsen twins is: Mary-Kate or Ashley? What do you think?

I hope she is recognizable and you like it :hug

Contrast. I don't even know what that truly means, really. I always assume it's meaning based on it's use. Who makes up this stuff? Anyway, lighter or darker... sure. It could maybe stand to be a little darker in some strategic places. But that might be only for Internet viewing, for example, and may be just fine under the sunlit sky. To me what matters is your skill level at your experience level, and you have certainly got plenty of that going on. I'm also beginning to believe that you do not intend diamond cut razor replicas of your subjects, but allow artistic personality to assert itself. I see that as a strength of character and something you can build on to bring your particular art above the "norm". Beautiful work, Issaness. And I think it's Ashley.

Aww, thank you so much, for all of your words, Garapan! ^^ Oh, I know, I have big problems with the contrast. I need to work more on it, and, maybe, I'll get better

Its nice, but I think there could be more contrast so the image wouldn't look so pale
