My part of the trade with the wonderful Elorenleianor (from DeviantArt) who sent me a very sweet note I just couldn't resist. I really like her character, and her part of the trade as well, and it served as a lovely break between 3 large pieces (one of them being A1 sized! huge!) I've been working on simultaneously for the past month or so. It's been a while since I've painted an ACEO anyway! 2.5''x3.5''

Twists of Fate

A moth, so far and yet so close. The fire which lured it in is now well guarded. All that remains from it's wings is ripped and bruised. Fire spawned the firebloom, growing then rotting then growing again A selfish, disloyal crow with unattainable wishes. The dust of memories and year-old regrets veiling around heavily. A she-wolf facing ever-changing twists of fate, learns to keep her cries well muffled. ______________ A4 sized Watercolors, white acrylic, colored pencils and mechanical pencil.

A quick watercolor practice on a small, square format. Painted it during my trip to Moscow Used almost no white acrylic/ink, which is great since it's about time I learned to use blank areas as highlights again. _______ About 15x15 cm. Took about an hour and a half.

Male winter wolf. Winter version of "Root of Delirium" http://shadowness.com/Inku/root-of-delirium . I just felt like trying out colder tones with colored pencils <:. The snout is a bit flat on this one, but I really don't feel like working on it anymore. Perhaps I'll fix it up later. ____________ A5 sized. Colored pencils and mechanical pencil.
