Jurgen, thank you! You make me smile. We finished Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory about 3 weeks ago, and now I'm working on the sets for Annie the Musical (not the Artist). Today I drew up a 24" x 30" portrait of George Washington and one of Abraham Lincoln, and then I will paint them in Alkyds. I researched signage for the Time Square district, and all kinds of photos of NYC in the 1930's when Annie takes place. I also am going to paint a copy of the Mona Lisa because Daddy Warbucks buys it and isn't sure he likes it. Then it's the Presidential Seal, The Chrysler Building, The Empire State Building and the New York Sky line. Plus we will probably furnish Daddy Warbucks Mansion with the paintings on my walls. Life imitating art or art imitating life...hmmmmmmm...my life is really strange, but there is something different to do every day, and painting portraits of the presidents should be fun. I will post them when they are done, and we will see how good I am at painting in that old glazed style. Thank you again, and I was able to see your cute puppy you rendered. A very soft cuddly dog, and I'm very glad your fun rescued the little fella. He is probably really happy to have a good home. s
