I worked hard on that because Marion has commented often that he loves your smile. You have a very agile, clever mouth that has a very mischievous look to it, and it's kind of tricky to capture especially when I draw you fairy size. Plus I have to keep sharpening my various grades of pencils to render the shadows around your mouth. I think the muscles in your face are what communicate that amused look to your mouth. I'm having fun, and now have an album specifically for female nudes. Thank you for your kind words!

I have been told before about my mischievous smile =) (my sister calls it my bitchy face, lol). I have never particularly liked it before, but I think I will start now that I know people like Marion and you do =D You do have the talent to draw nudes, not only animals! Have you ever drawn with real models, not just photos?

Yes, and I prefer it. Live models are wonderful. I drew from them in college, and then when I was fifty I took a number of classes from Jeff Watts who runs an Artists Atelier here in southern California. It was down town, but then he moved too far north for me to drive. We always drew from live models, and I do looser, maybe better work, when drawing in charcoal on Newsprint. It's just very different!

You do not have a bitchy face. You have a sardonic, witty, expressive, and very astute face that fits your every mood. Sisters know us all too well, and sometimes not at all.
