This is carved from 4 pound density foam. I drew up the to Scale working drawings for DEC based on Mayan structures in Uxmal and Chitzen Itza in Mexico. The drawings were approved. I then drew up the Full Scale Drawings, sent blue prints out to all the powers that be. I then started carving.
