Thank you. The buildings were lit up that night with different coloured lights. The white balance was set on auto.

Why are most of the people so blurry and some very clear .. like the colors

Long exposures will do that to a crowd of moving people. I wanted to convey some sense of motion in the picture. A few of the people in the background were standing still and that's how they registered on the sensor. A mix of still and moving people.
