      You're welcome.
I'm afraid I will know just what you mean very soon. We're moving to Winnipeg. I know I will miss the mountains but we were lucky to live here 2 years. Its time to see where life takes us this time. We can always come back if we want

True...I have lived in many different places...I think if I ever had the money to do so, I would spend a few months here and a few months there, trying to soak up the best of the seasons and actually photograph some of what I've seen. :)

life is that way. I am glad, no offence, to meet people older than myself that are still having new experiences. It gives me the hope that I need to keep going.

The summertime rains are something magnificent there. And then you have that awesome mix of pine and rockdust afterward. pretty amazing.

Very atmospheric feel, terrific shot. Reminds me of a memory, something that flashes within a second when thinking back on moments of your life.

those rainfalls were quite epic. I was very fortunate to have been able to live there and experience it. It was all a very strange convergence of circumstance. Thank you for your kind words about the piece.

This is amazing. The contrast between the grass, the rain and the house topped by the top lighting shower gives it a transcendental mood. Great job.

Thanks very much for your comment. The rain in the Rockies is swift and furious...it was beautiful that day...and the smell...I'll remember that for awhile. :)

And hey, your 3200 looks better than mine, haha. And, looks like you are getting better at adjusting the final output, on scans.

Thanks, but this was an 'old' scan. I shot and deved this roll last summer...probably august. I believe that the heavy minerals in the well water there may have restrained the developer, i tried to reproduce this experiment here, @ 1600 it should have been nearly grainless...but it didnt happen. something jacked up in my process, i guess. These were flukes...maybe.
