Jul 9th, 2007i think they do have artistic merit! when you model, you don't seem to model thinking "look at me" as amateurs do. you have an image you want to achieve, and a mood you want to achieve, and they show! i think a lot of your self-portraits are actually your strongest, because you know exactly what you want

Jul 9th, 2007The problem with self portraits is who takes the image, just make sure its def the photographer who did the image with the use of a timer and tripod rather than having a friend take it for them.
