Wow, that was unexpected! Thank you very much :D I'm honoured!
Sep 29thThese colours are amazing - I am assuming that the tree had autumnal leaves which were made even redder by the evening light?
Sep 28thYou are very good at these beautiful, emotive landscapes. I wish I could visit
Sep 28thAt first I thought it might just be a deep shadow caused by the horse's brow from the light that it is hitting its forehead... until I read your caption! That is very creepy. It's a great photo though. What did the eye socket look like in real life (i.e. in colour?)
Sep 28thWow! I feel nostalgic. I had a balloon trip once. :D Magnificent.
Sep 28thThis is so gorgeous. I would love to take some time out at the location of this photo and relax. The fern looks lonely, but it looks very serene too. :D Beautiful place and lighting brilliantly captured!
Sep 28thMe too! Though sometimes I want to draw a less traditional unicorn (still, I suppose a unicorn trying to be a blacksmith is not very traditional... :D)
Sep 28thYou've left me so many kind comments; I hope you don't mind being spammed with replies! Thank you again. I'm about to check out your gallery. :>
Sep 28thThanks! I wanted to try and make it feel like she was only a few inches away from grabbing you. :D
Sep 28thThanks for all your kind comments. :D When I painted this, I couldn't make up my mind whether the unicorn (which my fella named 'Dave' by the way) was trying to make armour (and failing) or trying to destroy it (and succeeding)!
Sep 28thIt was for a contest about the end of the world... but I think my take on it was too funny and bizarre! Never mind, I enjoyed doing it. :D
Sep 28thThank you! It was going to be a unicorn but I thought that might be too cheesy!
Sep 28thHaha she is a bit grim isn't she! Thanks so much. I didn't know if I needed to put a 'mature content' warning or something on a picture like this?
