Sun, 22 Jul 2012 13:36:43 -0400 Toller's Smile
A drawing of my dog Tosca (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever). This is actually an old drawing even though I finished it on March. I started to draw this a year ago but then I lost it somewhere. When I happened to find it again, it was done halfway very sloppily but I decided to finish it anyway, even though the result is not as good as it could be. Made by pencils on A4 paper. Sun, 22 Jul 2012 13:33:17 -0400 Anger
This is old, done on May 2010 by watercolours. No refs used. I remember this was a quick painting and as you can see, there aren't that many details. But I still kinda like it. Sat, 25 Feb 2012 12:18:32 -0500 Winter Mood
A prize drawing for tatiilange at dA, a Border Collie. I wanted to draw something that would fit together with the current season and weather (we had -35 celcius today). I made the background in the train. I must admit that it was pretty challenging to draw the snowflakes in a moving vehicle but I did it. As a ref for the dog I used a photo by Dominique and Serge Simon. Made by 3H, 2B and 8B pencils, 0,5 and 0,3 HB mechanical pencils. A4 paper. Tue, 07 Feb 2012 16:39:41 -0500 Let's go
A contest prize for Stormslegacy at dA. Her character (a grayfox/coyote with wings) and her friend's character (a horse/german shepard hybrid). These were one of the most interesting characters I've ever drawn, hehe. This is not my typical style but I enjoyed doing this. Black ink and watercolours. A4 paper. Wed, 14 Dec 2011 13:11:30 -0500 Alaskan Malamute pup and her prey
A contest prize for Mego-sama-lady-sir at dA, her Alaskan Malamute Nika. She's an adult already but I wanted to draw her as a puppy. This drawing is based on this photo: But as you can see, I made my own version of it. I had to use my school's scanner and it did some funny things... Made by 5H, 2B and 8B pencils, 0,5 and 0,3 HB mechanical pencils. A4 paper. Wed, 02 Nov 2011 14:22:34 -0400 After the game
A commission to shutterwolf87 at dA, his beautiful pit-mix. Made by 5H, 2B and 8B pencils and 0,5 and 0,3 HB mechanical pencils. A4 sized paper. Ref photos: and (c) *shutterwolf87. It was his idea to combine those 2 great photos, I only fulfilled his wish the best way I could :) Fri, 09 Sep 2011 14:11:07 -0400 Alaskan husky - Shy step
This was gift art for Durlic at dA. I met this Alaskan husky in Erä-Susi sled dog company in Ruka (Finland). Unfortunately I don't know her name. She was very social and friendly. The pupil of her other eye really was malformed so I haven't done any huge mistake while drawing it. I think the small imperfection made her even more charming so I wanted to draw it the way it was. Made by 5H, 2B and 6B pencils and a 0,5 HB mechanical pencil on A4 paper. I used my own photo as a ref. Tue, 30 Aug 2011 08:51:00 -0400 Siberian husky
This was a gift for Hotica at dA. Made by colour and pastel pencils and centropen 0,3 on A4 paper on October 2009. As a ref for the anatomy/pose I used a photo by Dominique and Serge Simon but otherwise the dog looks quite different. Wed, 24 Aug 2011 13:07:18 -0400
