A really good shot wonderfully lush and green as you leave town and beautifully red around Vicars Close. I don;t envy you the climb though, my knees are trembling just looking at it (they remember the occasion I climbed the tower at Yorkminster).

I'm waiting to hear from Mike, the Works Manager at the Cathedral, when he's got a workman free to take me up again. Now I know what's seen up there & on the way up, there's some 14th Century graffiti, I'm hoping it's a nice day.
