Thank you for the fav Will. Those buildings are just the tail end of the city that is to the right of the shot. It is a tourist area as the Olympic ski site is just 20 minutes north of here. Lots of ski resorts and the such. Very beautiful in winter.
Truth be told, I was a little homesick that day (doesn't happen very often but it does) and I needed to get outside into the cold and the snow. Stomping around the bush for a couple of hours cured those blues right away. I love the crunchy sound snow makes!
