Stormy Times Ahead

by EarthHart in Wells Cathedral

Am I right in putting this up?
I'm still learning CS5, & have been trying things out. I knew what I wanted to achieve & I feel it's almost there. Was it worth it? Well for me it's a learning process, so please give critique.

The major belief systems are in turmoil, as we creep ever forward into the 21st. Century. The Christian faiths have had their troubles, be they Protestant or Catholic, and what with Judaism & Islam, is it any wonder there's trouble ahead.
Whatever your belief, remember we're all of one species Homo sapiens

Those clouds give a bit scary mood to the Cathedral. It's like a scene from a movie.

Heavy rain coming in on Tuesday, & it's set to be wet for the rest of the week :pissedoff:
I know the sky's pixelated, that bugs me. How do I get rid of it? Have you any ideas, Jurgen?

Many thanks for the favour, Squire

Sadly I don't. I'll look into it. Thanks, Jurgen. As I said in the description, I'm still getting to grips with CS5

I like the atmosphere very much, very sinister. Marit is right that the sky is a little pixelated, but I'm sure you'll learn and improve more and more in photoshop. It's an amazing program and I'm totally addicted to it.

It was the atmosphere I was after. The pixelation was why I was unsure as to putting this up. It's how to get rid of it that concerns me.
Thanks, Annieta, and for the favour

The sky is quite pixelated and the left tree is pretty dark but still nice :) I'm no expert with CS5 either though

I was aware of the pixelation. That's one of the things I need to iron out.
The lighting wasn't that great, as we had heavy dark cloud, with the sun poking through every once in a while.
      Thanks for your thoughts, m'deer
