The Nene, or Hawaiian Goose Brunta sandvicensis.
Once on the verge of Extinction, back in the early '50s, one man had an idea to capture a few pairs and breed them on his new sanctuary for wildfowl. That man was Peter Scott, and that sanctuary was New Grounds, now known as the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, at Slimbridge. Now the bird is listed as Vunerable in its home range.

Great bird, and very good capture. Have you shoot it in the wild or in a wild park?
