Come In, the Water's Fine

by EarthHart in Abstract

Water from the Well Pool, in the grounds of the Bishop's Palace, flowing around an iron bar.
There had been heavy rain on the Mendip Hills above Wells. It takes about 5hrs for rainwater to seep through the earth to the aquifers that feed the springs in the pool. This shot was taken after heavy rain, the reddish colour is caused by the silt it also brings up.

I like to find things folks don't normally see. Mother Nature has a very fine palette.
Many thank for the favour, Danny.
