Lately, my 13 year old daughter and I have been sitting down for half an hour every night and just sketching together. Kind of our special time, and a chance for me to give her pointers and tips on her drawings.
So this little sketch is the first result of that time

My father never taught me about art, but we had such a fun time together working with metals and power tools when I was 13. Your story brings happy memories and your art is such an inspiration.

I love your work, and this is beautiful. I worked with my youngest son, and he has been drawing all his life. It's wonderful time spent together, and a deep bond is formed beyond mother son or daughter. You become peers, and the shared time is very unique. I am so happy for you, and look forward to seeing what you both draw. Wow. what a wonderful compliment. I am so glad you joined :). I love this art site !! Megan and I have a pretty special relationship too - she is a great kid. Straight A student, very respectful, but at the same time we are the best of friends. The time we spend together drawing every night means a lot to her
